- Cafe Knösel – this is where the delicious Studentenkuß (student kiss) chocolates were created. Currently cafe, hotel, restaurant

- Brass Monkey – Irish pub, host pub of international students of HD
- Marstall Mensa – bar has cheap drinks if paid w/ student card
- Palmbraugasse
