It’s that time of year you’ve been looking forward to – a post on all the period dramas / historical dramas / costume dramas (with a specific time period) coming out in 2017 and beyond!
This year, I’m including my Top 10 to watch (i.e. the ones I’m looking forward to). The titles will also be listed chronologically by month. Films that I have seen will be rated out of 5 stars.
This list is in chronological order (alphabetical where no date is specified) by release date and will be updated as more period/costume dramas and release dates are known. These titles will also appear in Period Dramas – Movies and Period Dramas – TV series but please excuse me if the pages are not as quickly updated as this post. If you want to catch up on last year’s films, visit Period Dramas 2016.
