Although I am used to remembering the victims (including soldiers and civilians) of war on Remembrance Day (aka Armistice Day – 11 November), I will be joining fellow Canadians in London today on Remembrance Sunday. I will be wearing my poppy earrings and brooch from the Royal Canadian Legion‘s Poppy Store. If you are looking for a more ‘permanent’ poppy that won’t be lost, bent, or who-knows-what, here are some poppy jewellery from the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth to show that you remember. 🙂 I cannot speak for all of the poppy stores, but I do know that all proceeds from the RCL will go to support the families of veterans.
Each item comes in a beautifully poppy-decorated box.
