Tea at Urban Tea Merchant

I’ve been a tea drinker since I was little, probably since I was in primary school (British schools). Last year, I had the pleasure of visiting the TWG tea store in Vancouver called the Urban Tea Merchant. They carry a wide selection of luxurious TWG teas, including black, green, oolong, white, and rooibos. If you ever have a chance to visit them, I highly recommend their teas, tea services (i.e. afternoon teas – there are many options to choose from!), and macarons!

Some of my favourite TWG teas are:

One can always find new flavours or season/event-themed teas at the Urban. For instance, coming up for Chinese New Year (Year of the Snake), TWG has launched 5 new teas:

If you are interested in visiting the UTM, you will be able to find them on Alberni St, near Thurlow. Reservations are recommended to be made in advance as their afternoon teas are very popular! All staff are very knowledgeable and professional so you won’t be disappointed!
